CHANCE's story
Meet Chance, a 3 month old puppy that was hit by a car on the highway on Thursday 10/02/2011 and was rescued by a lovely lady who saw it all happen and stopped her car, to pick this little boy up and rushed him to the clinic.
They took a couple of X-rays and discovered that his left eye-cast was broken. He is staying still at the clinic to check if he didn't suffer any brain damage. Today (12/02/2011) we will hear what the result is.
If no brain damage he might be released, but we need a foster-home without any other pets to let him recover from his trauma.
If you can help us out by offering that Foster-home please call us at 66184924
Thanks!!!
Will keep you updated how he is doing....
I apologize for the video being sideways....have no idea why???

UPDATE on CHANCE: 13 February 2011
This is CHANCE and his Foster-Mum Marcella...
He still has a long way to go before he is fully recovered from his trauma.
Today I went to see him and made these lovely pictures of him.
Although he looks OK when you look closely you can see the impact the hit by the car had on him.
His eye-cast was broken on his left-eye and still isn't healed yet.
And even though he gets medication for it and is being kept as quiet as possible, he is still at risk.
He still has nose-bleeds (not that severe, but still) and needs to be closed monitored to be sure that he is going to be OK He gets injections to stop the bleeding.
